Calculations provided by LLMSpend.io are estimates based on publicly documented provider rates and token math. Actual provider invoices may fluctuate depending on currency conversion, tiered enterprise discounts, or dynamic tokenizer variations.

3. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and provider names (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Meta) belong to their respective owners. LLMSpend.io is an independent observability and developer utility.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LLMSpend.io be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our estimation engines or proxy tooling.
